Simple ways to practice self-care
It doesn’t take much to get caught up in the whirlwind, running from meeting to party. It’s fun to have so much to do but it’s important to take a moment to pause and recharge with a little self-care. One of my favorite blogs, HelloGiggles, some great ideas of simple ways to treat oneself without spending a fortune. It can be easy to overlook these super simple ways to kick back and feel great. My favorite one:
Invite friends over to cook a meal. You might have to spend some money for this one, but I’m assuming some spending on food is already in your budget, right? Everyone can bring ingredients for a part of the meal, and you can all help cook together. This is a great way to have a meal with friends without paying to eat out.
